OEM editions of operating systems are only for supply with a new computer system, or with valid computer upgrade components. OEM editions do not ship in retail box, neither do they come with manuals. OEM editions do not come with 90 days free support, unlike the retail editions (Uprade or FPP). OEM editions are not transferrable to a new computer at a later date after installation.
